Updated 3 November 2026 · Package and purchase-request process

An inquiry starts a conversation

Sending an inquiry, purchase request or registering does not purchase a service or create a hosting agreement. This website does not collect payment or automatically provision infrastructure. Review and accept a written quotation and service agreement before making a commitment.

Annual package pricing is available in the member space. The quote must confirm billing dates, renewal pricing, tax treatment, any setup charges and optional add-ons. No automatic renewal or payment collection is enabled here.

The Premium package

The listed resource pool is 6 CPU cores, 16 GB RAM, 440 GB disk capacity and 7 TB of monthly data transfer. Hosted sites share that pool and one IP address. Central management uses InterWorx with SiteWorx.

Unlimited site count means multiple sites within the available resources. It does not mean unlimited processing, storage, transfer or guaranteed performance. CPU allocation type, usable storage, provider, hosting location and transfer-overage handling must be confirmed in the quotation.

Essential offers 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 100 GB disk, 2 TB monthly transfer and up to 5 sites. Business offers 4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 220 GB disk, 4 TB monthly transfer and up to 25 sites. Each package uses one shared IP and InterWorx / SiteWorx. Resources are shared across the sites and services within that package; final account quotas and configuration are confirmed before activation.

  • Management: responsibility for updates, security, certificates, email, domains and third-party accounts.
  • Backup and recovery: whether backups are included, frequency, retention, restore testing and recovery responsibilities.
  • Support: contact channel, hours, time zone, response targets and escalation process.
  • Availability: any uptime commitment, exclusions and service-credit process. No numerical uptime guarantee is stated on this website.
  • Migration and exit: agreed cutover, rollback plan, data export and return or removal of access.
  • Commercial terms: total payable amount, renewals, cancellation, refunds and any termination charges. These provisions must be supplied before acceptance.

Website images and sample dashboard metrics do not constitute service-level guarantees. This page explains the current offer; the complete service agreement remains to be finalized for the actual service and applicable jurisdiction.
