Know what you share.
How the current website handles account information, inquiries and messages.
Information you provide
Account creation collects your name, email, optional company, password and contact permission. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Package inquiries and purchase requests include your selected package, a snapshot of its specifications and annual price, message, preferred timeline and any phone number or website you provide. Purchase requests also save your project type, requested site and mailbox counts, and your acknowledgment that no payment or activation takes place. Team responses and request status are saved for you to view in your account.
The public contact form collects your name, reply email, topic, message and permission to respond. It does not create an account. Messages about privacy or security use the same private team inbox.
Why it is used
Information is used to maintain your account, review your requirements, respond to questions, record inquiry progress and protect the forms from abuse. Contact permission is for your inquiry or account; it is not a newsletter subscription.
Who can access it
Signed-in members can view their own package inquiries, purchase requests and team responses. Authorized website administrators can review inquiries and public contact messages. Other visitors cannot browse those messages.
Records are saved on the server hosting this website, in storage outside its public web directory. Hosting infrastructure processes the data needed to operate the service. Email notifications alert the website team to new inquiries, purchase requests and public messages. These emails include a reference, limited request details and a link to the authenticated team inbox; complete messages remain saved on the website. Password-recovery emails may contain a time-limited, single-use link. The hosting mail service processes these deliveries.
Cookies, preferences and external assets
A necessary session cookie supports sign-in and protects form submissions. Browser storage remembers your animation preference. The website also uses request information to limit repeated attempts; the rate-limit store uses hashed identifiers derived from source IP addresses or account/session identifiers. Server logs may contain request and IP information.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and provider icons from jsDelivr, Simple Icons or Google. Loading those assets sends ordinary request information, including your IP address, to those providers. This build has no advertising or analytics scripts.
Retention and requests
Account, request and contact records remain stored until removed by the website operator; no automatic retention schedule has been configured. Session expiry does not delete your saved account or messages. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
You can submit a Privacy request to ask about access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed manually; there is no automatic deletion feature. The team may need to verify your authority without exposing another person's information. Do not send identity documents or passwords with your initial request.
Business identification and direct contact details are not published on this site. Use the contact form to ask about the responsible business, hosting arrangements or privacy questions.
