What happens when I request to buy?
Your selected package, annual base price and requirements are saved to your account and the team inbox. This is a request for a proposal; it does not charge you, reserve capacity or activate hosting.
Are domain names, migration and backups included?
The quotation confirms domain registration, migration scope, backup availability, schedule, retention and restoration. These services and any charges need written confirmation before you proceed.
Can I upgrade or change my request?
Send an inquiry about the package you need and include your existing request reference. The team will confirm availability, revised costs and migration requirements before any change.
Where will I see a response?
Open “Your requests” and select “View request details.” The team can post a response and update the status. Refresh to check for updates. Email notifications depend on the delivery service being connected.
Is this the hosting control panel?
This member space is for packages and requests. Hosting management takes place in SiteWorx after the service is agreed and provisioned. Hosting-panel two-factor setup is separate from this member sign-in.
What needs to be agreed before payment?
